Fall Unveiling

The Roseneath Park mosaic mural unveiling will take place on the evening of Thursday September 11.  We will celebrate with a ribbon cutting ceremony and some speeches to acknowledge the hard work of all those involved.  Everyone's invited so please note the date.  I've seen these beautiful works of art in progress and I can't wait to see them up!

 The garden continues to wow with very little maintenance.  The sunflowers are putting on quite a show; they aren't called mammoths for nothing. The flower beds framing the path are filling up with native grasses and Queen Anne's lace with a bit of selective weeding. 

Thanks to the garden and these toys, the park is seeing a lot more traffic this summer, which is fantastic!  Please help us maintain pleasant and safe conditions in the park by "weeding" out donated toys that are broken and/or unsafe.  We will also need a storage plan for these toys through the winter.  Any suggestions?

If you are planning a trip to No Frills on Wednesday or Saturday, be sure to allot an extra hour or two, as you and your family won't be able to resist stopping to help put together our mosaic mural.
