Our final Roseneath Park meet of 2014 will take place on Saturday November 15 at 10 a.m.
It'll be sunny but cold, so bundle up. With a small group of
volunteers, we should be able to check everything off the list in under
an hour.
We'll do an end of season clean up including:
- asking volunteers to store and/or dispose of the plastic toys in the park
- cleaning up the compost heap on the west slope (bring a shovel for this task!)
- cleaning up the flower beds for the winter
- asking volunteers to adopt one of our new trees! ( No work will be required on the trees until next spring.)
We accomplished a lot this season: a hydro connection,
over a dozen new trees, a thousand bulbs, the mosaics, and more. Hurray, Friends of Roseneath Park!
