Art Mural Program Starting Next Week!

There's still time to register if your little ones are looking for a fun summer activity.  Here's a way to make a mark in the community, get creative and get in touch with nature!

Stuff Happening in July

 Our garden shed from Armtec has arrived!  Wally, the friendly installer, arrived on Tuesday July 7th, and made the drop single-handedly onto the concrete bed prepared by the Parks department.  Caitlin from AFCY was also on hand for the event.
The shed is made to last, but it's not very pretty, so if you know anyone age 6-12, be sure to sign them up for the beautification project Arts for Children and Youth has set up at Oakwood Village Library.

We also received a surprise donation of plants from the No Frills garden centre on Monday.  Thanks, No Frills!
To top off a great week, we got some perfectly timed rain on Tuesday so that our new additions could adjust to their new beds.
